• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt training styles to cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all team members feel empowered to succeed.
• Proficiency in various training methodologies and tools, with a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
