Job Description

Conduct training programs for new joiners and existing staff Train staff on product knowledge (jewellery / retail products) Improve sales techniques, customer handling, and communication skills Prepare training materials, presentations, and SOPs Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback Conduct refresher training and on-the-job coaching Coordinate with Store Managers and HR for training schedules Maintain training records and reports Ensure training aligns with company goals and service standards
Time - 9:30 to 6:30

Sunday Off
Need to be comfortable in travelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
