Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Education: 10+2 / Graduate / Diploma / Post Graduate

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Tour Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Domestic & International tour packages, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage clients efficiently via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings. Design customized itineraries, holiday packages, and prepare costings. Handle Domestic & International destinations (Kashmir, Himachal, Kerala, Nainital, Goa, etc.). Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers. Process payments, manage advance deposits, and confirm bookings. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relations. Assist with sales, marketing, and daily operational activities. Escort and coordinate tours when required.
Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Knowledge of MS Office, Email drafting, and Internet browsing Good destination knowledge (Domestic & International) Ability to negotiate, customize, and finalize travel packages Customer service-oriented approach
