1. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless and positive ticketing experience.
2. Cash Handling & Financial Reporting
Oversee daily cash collections, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate and timely submission of financial records.
3. Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth ticket availability, system integrations, and operational readiness.
4. Team Supervision & Training
Lead the ticketing team, ensure staff performance aligns with service standards, and provide ongoing guidance and support.
5. System Management & Reporting
Operate and manage ticketing software to generate real-time reports on sales, footfall, and other key performance metrics.
6. Flexibility & Operational Support
Work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support park operations and peak footfall days.
