to join our E-Pharmacy team. The role involves promoting our digital healthcare & pharmacy services, acquiring new customers, building relationships with doctors, clinics, and retailers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
Visit doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions and promote e-pharmacy services.
Onboard customers to the company's mobile app / digital platform.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, patients, and healthcare providers.
Educate customers about ordering medicines online, discounts, offers, and home delivery benefits.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
Ensure timely order follow-ups, delivery coordination, and payment collection (if applicable).
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
Work closely with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharma/Commerce preferred).
1-3 years of experience in pharma sales / tele-sales / healthcare sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain digital platforms (apps/websites) to customers.
Confident in field sales, client visits, and handling customer queries.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with daily fieldwork.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
E-Pharmacy / Pharma sales / Healthcare marketing

Knowledge of local geography and medical fraternity.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & mobile apps.
