Tender analysis
: Read and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Documentation and preparation
: Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather information and prepare technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and financial bids.
Submission
: Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time via online portals or physical submission.
Coordination and communication
: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding tender-related inquiries, and attend pre-bid meetings.
Record management
: Maintain organized records of all tender activities, submissions, and communications.
Post-submission activities
: Manage post-submission follow-ups, answer clarifications, and assist with the contract signing process.
Required skills and qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Procurement, or Management.
Experience
: Proven experience in a tendering, procurement, or bidding role.
Technical skills
: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-tendering platforms like the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

: Ability to analyze complex tender documents and assess business fit.
