Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital ads, social media, CRM, and referrals.
  • Explain hair & skin services clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
2. Appointment Booking
  • Fix appointments for doctors/consultants.
  • Send reminders to customers for confirmed appointments.
  • Coordinate appointment slots with Front Office/Admin team.
3. Follow-up & Conversion
  • Daily follow-ups with warm leads.
  • Call back missed leads, no-show patients, and rescheduled customers.
  • Maintain a professional and positive tone during calls.
4. CRM & Reporting
  • Update call status, lead stage, and remarks correctly in CRM.
  • Submit daily call report, appointment report, and follow-up sheet.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential customer data.
5. Customer Support
  • Provide details on pricing, offers, treatments, and benefits.
  • Handle basic queries related to clinic services.
  • Escalate complicated queries to the Sales Head/Manager.
? Qualifications
  • 12th Pass or Any Degree.
  • 0-2 years experience in telecalling/customer care (freshers can apply).
  • Experience in clinics, hospitals, salons, wellness centres is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication in Tamil (mandatory).
  • Basic English.
  • Strong convincing ability.
  • Good patience and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
  • Ability to work under daily/weekly targets.
