Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

to generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calls, follow up with prospects, and

schedule daily visits/appointments

for the sales or counseling team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on defined criteria Generate new leads and maintain a healthy lead pipeline Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Schedule and confirm

daily appointments/visits

for the field or sales team Accurately update lead status, call details, and visit schedules in CRM or records Coordinate with sales/counseling teams to ensure smooth handover of leads Meet daily call targets, appointment targets, and conversion metrics Handle basic queries and provide preliminary information about services/products
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good verbal communication skills in English and local language Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software) Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently Target-oriented and self-motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?9,594.74 - ?49,497.98 per month

Work Location: In person
