Female Telesales Specialist
to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for introducing our premium residential and commercial projects and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Outbound calling to potential leads from provided databases to generate interest in our property listings.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
Appointment Setting:
Convince potential buyers to visit project sites and coordinate with the field sales team for site tours.
Follow-ups:
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with warm leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Database Management:
Accurately record all call details and lead statuses in our CRM/Excel sheets.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on current real estate trends and the unique selling points (USPs) of our projects in Bopal, Ambli, and SG Highway.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Real Estate experience is a huge plus).
Language:
Fluency in
Gujarati and Hindi
is mandatory. Basic English is preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Personality:
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
