Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team in

Zirakpur

. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales or telecalling and a strong passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Explain products and services offered by the company. Maintain a record of calls and customer responses. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of experience in telesales or a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.
