We are looking for a confident and result-oriented
Female Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and convert potential prospects into sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
Handle inbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation activities.
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Education:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and local language
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
