Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and result-driven Female Telesales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calling, confirm appointments, convert leads to bookings and memberships, and maintain continuous follow-ups with guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, CRM knowledge, and a strong sales-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls for appointment bookings, therapy enquiries, memberships and renewals Attend inbound calls and provide complete information about services, packages and wellness programs Maintain and update CRM system with call status, guest details and follow-up notes Convert leads received through WhatsApp, Google Ads, website, phone calls and social platforms into confirmed appointments Follow up regularly with guests to maximize conversions and repeat visits Coordinate with branch managers and aestheticians for seamless guest scheduling Promote membership renewals, upgrades and ongoing offers Track daily calling performance and share reports with the Telesales Manager Maintain professional and polite telephonic etiquette according to brand standards
Skills and Requirements

Minimum 1 to 4 years of telecalling or telesales experience Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi Good persuasion skills and the ability to close sales Experience with CRM or lead management software is mandatory Familiar with basic computer operations, WhatsApp and Excel Experience in spa, wellness, beauty, healthcare or hospitality industry preferred Target-driven, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups
