About the Role

As a

Female Telesales Executive

at iBullCapital, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving the sales of our financial products and services through effective communication. This role is crucial for our growth, requiring dedication, excellent verbal skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make Outbound Calls

to potential and existing clients to promote the company's financial products (e.g., trading accounts, investment plans).

Generate Leads

and identify new sales opportunities through telesales and cold calling.

Explain Product Features

and benefits clearly to prospects, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.

Achieve and Exceed

daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain

and update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM database.

Collaborate

with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications)

Gender:

Female Only.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience (6 months to 2+ years) in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably in the

Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

sector.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills

in English and local languages (Hindi/Regional languages are highly advantageous) with a clear and persuasive phone demeanor.

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative sales skills.

Personality:

Highly energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection positively.

Technical:

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
