Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Telecaller
to join our admissions and outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, providing course details, and assisting with the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain course offerings, admission process, and institute benefits.
Handle inquiries, follow up regularly, and maintain call records.
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain and update the database with accurate information.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation
in any discipline
Minimum Experience:
2 years
of telecalling or customer handling experience (preferably in the education sector)
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge MS Office.
Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
