Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide detailed product or service information.
Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers on pending inquiries or quotations.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
