Job Summary
The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain company services, generate leads, follow up with customers/clients, and support the sales or operations team. This role requires good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to maintain customer relations.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients from the given database or leads.
Explain the company's services clearly and professionally.
Generate interest and fix appointments for the sales/operations team.
2. Inbound Calling
Answer incoming calls from customers/clients.
Provide correct information about services, pricing, and procedures.
Solve basic queries or redirect calls to the concerned department.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-up
Maintain follow-up with customers until conversion/closure.
Follow the call script and guidelines provided.
Track and record customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for site visits or service requests.
Maintain daily call reports:
Calls made
Leads generated
Follow-ups
Conversions
Share daily/weekly reports with the team leader or manager.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain polite and professional communication with callers.
Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Handle complaints or feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
