Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Inbound Handling:
Answer incoming calls professionally and provide relevant information to customers.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
Follow-up:
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM or Excel.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in reaching monthly/quarterly targets.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
