Make outbound and attend inbound calls to customers
Explain company products/services clearly and politely
Handle customer queries and provide correct information
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Maintain a professional and friendly tone with customers
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Good communication skills
Ability to speak confidently (Hindi required; English is a plus)
