Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products, services, or programs clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions
Record details of calls, feedback, and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout the interaction
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus)
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Previous telecalling/telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
