We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 50-100 inbound/outbound calls daily related to order confirmation and order status. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage inbound/outbound calls related to order confirmation and order inquiries.
Accurately record customer details and order-related information in the system.
Provide clear and concise information to customers about their orders.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain call records, reports, and update the database regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls (50-100 per day).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in e-commerce/order management/customer support.
Multilingual communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
