female telecaller

with sales experience who is empathetic, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and clients for

counselling & therapy services

, including

sex and relationship wellness

Handle inbound calls with empathy, respect, and clarity Convert inquiries into

paid sessions and consultations

Maintain strong follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or email Update CRM records, call logs, and appointment schedules Coordinate with the counselling team for bookings and feedback Ensure confidentiality and build trust with clients Meet monthly

sales and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

1+ year of experience

in Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales Comfortable talking about

mental health, relationships, and sex-related topics

Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills Tech-savvy (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems) Must be willing to work from our

Greater Noida office
