Making calls

Making outbound calls to generate leads, and answering incoming calls to resolve customer issues

Presenting products

Explaining the benefits of products or services, and providing pricing details

Building relationships

Fostering relationships with existing clients, and building rapport with potential clients

Collecting data

Gathering data on customer experiences with the company's products or services

Reporting

Creating reports and documentation based on conversations, and reporting observations to the team lead

Following up

Following up with incoming leads, and booking appointments for the field sales team

Interacting

Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls

Adjusting sales pitches

Modifying sales pitches based on customer demand

Maintaining databases

Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
