Lead Generation:

Tele callers proactively reach out to potential buyers or renters, introducing them to properties and gathering information to qualify leads.

Property Introduction: They

provide details about properties, including features, pricing, location, and availability, often using scripts to guide the conversation.

Appointment Setting:

Tele callers schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team, facilitating further engagement with potential clients.

Relationship Building:

They follow up with leads, address inquiries, and nurture relationships to move potential clients through the sales funnel.

Database Management:

Tele callers update client information, track interactions, and maintain records to support sales efforts.

Sales Support:

They provide support to the sales team by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and preparing them for sales conversations.

Addressing Objections:

Tele callers are trained to handle common objections and concerns from potential clients, potentially using scripts to overcome these.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial for engaging with potential clients and conveying information effectively.
