to join our IT Training Institute. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with prospective students, explain course details, generate admissions, and maintain relationships with leads through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain institute courses, fees, training structure, placement support, and admission benefits.
Maintain and update lead database (CRM/Excel/Software).
Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into admissions.
Schedule counselling appointments, demo classes, and institute visits.
Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
Share daily/weekly call reports with the management.
Coordinate with marketing, admission, and academic teams for smooth process flow.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience as a Telecaller / Counselor / Customer Support in education sector preferred.
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil).
Ability to explain course details clearly and confidently.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, WhatsApp, email etc.
