Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients to promote and sell IT services.
Identify customer needs, answer queries, and explain services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads
, setting appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the
CRM
system.
Achieve daily and monthly
sales targets.
Follow up with prospects to
nurture relationships and close sales.
What We're Looking For
Female candidates with 2+ years of telecalling or sales experience,
preferably in IT
or B2B services.
Excellent verbal communication and
persuasive skills
. Good computer skills and familiarity with
CRM software
is a plus.
Comfortable working in a
target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
