Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and assisting in scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce DoozyDoc's home healthcare services and assess their needs.

Information Provision: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.

Appointment Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our team.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any queries or concerns.

Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in providing client services.
Requirements:
- Education: Senior Secondary Passout or equivalent; a diploma in healthcare or related fields is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
