Role Overview

We are looking for a

smart, confident, and result-oriented Female Telecaller

to handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and demo scheduling for our software products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands technology, and wants to grow in the IT sales & client coordination field.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our ERP, CRM, and AI products. Handle inbound inquiries from schools, institutes, and businesses. Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain communication records. Schedule software demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team. Maintain CRM entries and update client details regularly. Build strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement. Share daily/weekly reports with the manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in

Hindi and English

. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email). Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Should be disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?8,000 - ?45,000 (based on skills & experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday -- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
