to join our real estate team in Noida. The role involves calling potential clients, handling property enquiries, sharing project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential buyers and investors from the provided database.
Handle
inbound calls and enquiries
related to residential/commercial properties.
Explain project details - location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.
Convince and schedule site visits
for interested clients.
Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and reports in CRM.
Coordinate with sales executives for client meetings and closures.
Achieve daily/weekly
calling and conversion targets
.
Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming
real estate projects
in the area.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily call volume and talk-time targets.
Number of site visits booked.
Conversion rate from lead to visit/sale.
Timely CRM and follow-up updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Only Female Candidates

Minimum 12th pass;
Graduation preferred.
Prior
telecalling / telesales / customer service experience
preferred (real estate experience is an advantage).
Excellent
communication skills
in Hindi and English.
Strong
persuasion and negotiation
abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and confidence on calls.
Work Schedule:
Full-time | Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
6-day working week
(Sunday off or as per company policy).
Work from office - Noida location.
