Lead Generation:

Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.

Property Information:

Providing detailed information about properties, including ongoing and upcoming projects, such as plots and farmlands.

Needs Assessment:

Understanding client requirements and preferences to identify suitable property options.

Appointment Setting:

Scheduling site visits for potential buyers with the sales team.

Follow-up:

Maintaining contact with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.

Database Management:

Updating client information and maintaining records of interactions.

Sales Support:

Assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing qualified leads and supporting the sales process. Interested candidates can share there updated resume to
