female Telecaller

to join our sales support team and strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Schedule and coordinate

site visits

for clients. Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build relationships. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate project details. Update client information and call status in CRM/database. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales (real estate background is an advantage). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools).
