: Female Telecaller

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Indian clients for trading-related services
Explain trading products and services clearly and honestly
Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper call records
Handle client queries professionally and politely
Share trading-related updates and general information (no false promises)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company data
Compliance (Very Important):

No guaranteed profit, fixed returns, or misleading claims
Follow company communication scripts and guidelines
Communicate ethically as per Indian market standards
Requirements:

Female candidates preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)*

Basic knowledge or interest in the Indian stock market
Ability to handle Indian clients confidently over calls
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Basic computer knowledge (calling software, CRM)
Skills Required:

Clear voice and professional tone
Customer-friendly and patient approach
Target-oriented mindset
Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
