Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and other academic offerings.
Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, or messages.
Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly.
Convert interested inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Handle incoming calls and resolve general queries.
Coordinate with the admissions or counselling team for walk-ins and scheduled meetings.
Required Skills
:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language (if applicable).
Confident, courteous, and persuasive phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
