We are looking for a confident and motivated

Female Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly. Maintain a positive, professional tone during calls. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Handle customer queries and resolve issues when possible. Maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow up consistently. Meet daily/weekly call and target goals. Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English). Good listening skills and convincing ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.
