Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to call handling procedures.
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team leader or manager on market trends and customer needs.
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers can also apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English / Hindi / regional language as required).
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
