Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales opportunities.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain call records and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
1-3 years of telecalling or sales experience (freshers may apply).
Language Skills:
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional language as required].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
