We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Female Telecaller

to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and effectively promoting our offerings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with people, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. Introduce and promote company products and services effectively. Explain product features and address customer inquiries promptly. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and calls. Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records. Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
