Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic female telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain company services clearly, politely, and professionally Maintain follow-up with leads and update call records Schedule meetings for the sales team Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information Achieve daily and monthly call targets
REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills (Malayalam preferred; basic English is an advantage) Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude Ability to handle calls and maintain call quality Basic knowledge of mobile apps / CRM (training provided) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
