We are looking for an experienced and confident

female telecaller

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have

at least 2 years of experience

in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role, with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Clearly explain our products/services and generate interest Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in telecalling or telesales Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
