who is confident, well-spoken in English, and has experience in handling premium clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to generate sales leads and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and fluency.
Clearly explain marble products, pricing, and offerings to customers.
Schedule showroom visits or virtual meetings for interested leads.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and timely support.
Build rapport with architects, interior designers, and dealers over calls.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant marble solutions.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telecalling, sales, or customer handling.
Graduate (any stream)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to understand and explain marble products and applications.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, Excel, and basic phone apps.
Candidates from
luxury, interiors, real estate, or marble
industries preferred.
