We are looking for a Female Customer Relation Executive for our Karur office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and capable of handling customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with customers (in-person & over phone)
Taking and processing customer orders
Coordinating with internal teams for order follow-ups
Maintaining customer records and reports
Ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship management
Eligibility & Requirements:
Female candidates only
Fluency in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nearby candidates to Karur will be preferred
Experience in customer handling is a plus (freshers can also apply)
