Key Responsibilities:-
Manufacturer & Vendor Coordination
Follow up with jewellery manufacturers for:
Order confirmation
Production status
Design approvals
Stone setting status
Polishing and finishing updates
Dispatch and delivery timelines
Maintain continuous communication until order completion.
Order Tracking & Updates
Track
own-stock jewellery orders
and
customer orders
separately.
Update internal teams regarding:
Expected delivery dates
Delays or production issues
Dispatch details
Ensure timely execution as per committed timelines.
Customer Order Follow-ups
Coordinate with manufacturers for
priority and urgent customer orders
.
Ensure accuracy in:
Design reference
Weight tolerance
Stone specifications
Gold purity
Escalate delays proactively to seniors.
Problem Solving & Coordination
Handle manufacturer-side issues such as:
Production delays
Design mismatch
Weight variance
Stone availability problems
Identify solutions through negotiation and coordination.
Maintain professional communication even in pressure situations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily records of:
Orders placed
Pending orders
Dispatch status
Completed deliveries
Prepare follow-up reports and share status updates with management.
Internal Team Coordination
Coordinate with:
Purchase team
Sales team
Accounts department
QC team
Ensure smooth handover once jewellery is received.
Required Skills & Competencies :-

Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & basic English mandatory)

Preferred Experience
1-3 years experience
in:
Jewellery manufacturing coordination
Jewellery purchase department
Jewellery tele calling / operations
Knowledge of:
Gold & diamond jewellery processes
Vendor coordination
Order lifecycle management
Experience in retail or wholesale jewellery industry preferred.
Educational Qualification
Minimum:
Graduate (any stream)
Jewellery knowledge or certification will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Work Requirements
Ability to handle
daily follow-ups with multiple manufacturers
Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Excel, and order registers
High sense of responsibility and ownership
Willingness to work under time-bound order commitments
