About the Company:

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to potential leads provided by the marketing team.
Pitch real estate projects
and investment opportunities professionally to clients.
Follow up
with interested customers and schedule site visits or meetings with sales managers.
Maintain customer data
and update CRM regularly.
Build and maintain a
positive relationship
with clients to ensure conversions.
Coordinate with the
sales and marketing team
to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure
daily follow-up reports
and call logs are submitted to the team lead.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Female candidates only
(presentable and confident personality).
Excellent
communication skills
in English & Hindi.
Good
convincing power
and ability to handle client queries smartly.
Basic knowledge of
real estate projects
in Gurugram is an added advantage.
Proficiency in
MS Excel / CRM software
preferred.
Minimum Qualification:
12th pass / Graduate
