Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain a record of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Greet and assist walk-in customers or visitors.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and service delivery.
Handle basic front office tasks like managing visitors, calls, and emails.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Previous experience in telecalling/front office preferred.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
