Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in [preferred language(s): English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.].
Confident, polite, and clear telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
