Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
Explain company services including
Website Designing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and App Development
.
Maintain follow-up with prospects and convert them into meetings.
Update CRM with call details, lead status, and client responses.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle rejections and work under target-based environment.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel / Google Sheets.
