Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our services to potential clients over the phone. Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of services to clients. Answer questions about services and address any concerns or objections. Persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment. Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved. Follow up with leads that require additional information or nurturing. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling,sales or freshers also can apply . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate product information and persuade customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position based in kakkanad . Training will be provided to familiarize the Telecalling Executive with our services and sales techniques. Compensation will include a base salary plus incentives based on performance.
