Female Telecaller
in Rohini to join our team. If you are passionate about communication, have good convincing skills, and want to grow in the digital marketing industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients.
Explain company services related to digital marketing such as SEO, SMM, website development, Google Ads, branding, etc.
Maintain follow-ups with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into meetings or sales.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (preferably in sales or digital marketing).
Any graduate/12th pass with relevant experience can apply.
