Arcenex Technovatives is a growing IT company offering web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services. We're seeking a confident, enthusiastic female professional who can help us reach more potential clients through effective calling and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients Send professional email pitches and follow-ups to leads Explain services clearly and answer basic queries Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and responses Collaborate with the internal team for lead conversion Meet daily/weekly targets related to outreach and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English Basic understanding of email marketing and MS Office or Google Workspace Comfortable working remotely and independently Must own a laptop/PC with a good internet connection Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented
