Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling / Sales
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services (SEO, SMO, PPC, Web Designing, Web Development).
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain client database and track daily/weekly calling reports.
HR Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Handle employee onboarding and maintain HR records.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations.
Support management in employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi).
0-2 years of experience in Telecalling/HR (freshers with good communication may apply).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and result-oriented mindset.
