We are looking for a confident and dedicated Female Tele caller to join our wholesale unit. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relations, and providing detailed information about our wholesale products. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and convincing tone, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing wholesale clients.
Explain product details, offers, and pricing clearly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database.
Follow up with clients for orders and payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve call targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (and local language if required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email handling).
Positive attitude, convincing ability, and customer-friendly approach.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing is an added advantage.
